Honestly the rudest Dunkin experience ever, and I am made fun of for the amount of times I go to Dunkin. Awful
This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts when it comes to friendliness towards the customer. Every time I go to this one a majority of the employees look miserable, especially the guys. Not friendly at all they don’t even say hello or goodbye. this proves my point yesterday late afternoon the young man took my order through the drive thru mind you no hello welcome to Dunkin.. i get to the window again no hello or any communication whatsoever just tells me the total. He gets my order and gives me my muffin in a bag with no wrap... read more
I go every day @ 5 am. They staff is always nice, even when being overwhelmed by the typical CT Karen's that would complain even it was delivered to them in the bed. The AM crew, hustle, usually with just 2. Sometimes mistakes happen. That's life. My problem is with the behavior of the other customers. If you think being a huge Karen to them is going to make them treat you like Queen Elizabeth, you either don't live in 2025-26, have possess the reasoning traits of a 13 yr, or are just a KAREN.
Love this place and the workers are all kind and respectful. They take the time to make sure my coffee and food are just right! Thank you!
