I ordered a medium, regular, coffee with, 4 caramel, and 4 cream, when I was halfway home I tasted my coffee and it taste like DARK ROAST, so, I turned around and went back to get a remake. They remade my coffee with no problem. Again, when driving I tried my coffee and now it has PUMPKIN in it and not caramel. Like, how many time can one place mess up one order. I just tried calling and no answer, go figure. This place SUCKS!
Asked for cream cheese on the side: Did not come on the side. Even better, the amount of cream cheese on the bagel is laughable Update as of August 29th,2025. This location still can’t seem to get simple orders correctly, and I have decided it is best to stop giving this place any more chances.
