Whoever the new manager is on Saturdays is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. His employee messed up and when I tried to explain, the manager kept cutting me off, mocking me. I have been a regular customer here since they opened at this location. I never felt the need to leave a review until now. I had a simple order. One sandwich and 2 drinks. The "person " making the food decided "she" would rather complain about what "her" job was and didn't care about what "her" manager wants done. I waited 20 minutes for my order and of course I was not happy. "She" was rude and got angry with me when I didn't answer "her" attitude laden remark. For some reason they never get my orders right especially on the weekend the weekend workers SUCK!! Competence at an all time low . There’s one woman there that does get it right but I guess she’s gone from there which is definitely a step up for her . Also when I’m finished ordering I usually say “that’s it” so there’s really no need to keep asking “is that all” after every item I ask for . Expand your customer service skills pretty please!!! That’s it.
