Service was great…people there are great….but the misleading of the chicken sandwich is crazy…on the menu it looked great…..and then it’s just a piece of chicken sausage……literally….i thought it was an actual piece of chicken…but no….i bit into some nasty shiz I stg

Struggles to serve correct orders. Double check every item before you leave....including unwrapping sandwiches to ensure they are correct.
I ordered two hashbrowns and a medium tiramisu, shaken espresso. I only got one order of hashbrowns. There were no napkins in the bag and they tasted like cleaning products. My shaken espresso tasted like bad milk, and that it didn't have any espresso in it. I had one earlier in the morning at a Watertown store And that one tasted so good It prompted me to order another, but the experiences were different both on the way that it tasted and how I was treated.
