They had terrible service and it took 20 mins to get our food and we only ordered 2 things!
Waited 15 minutes for coffee and it was black so I went back and they remade it, that took forever as well. Manager(possibly?) was swearing and slamming things around in front of customers complaining that it was busy. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
So I go into this Dunkin‘ Donuts and they are busy. Me and another gentleman with his kids got there at the same time. It took them awhile but they finally took my order. The man ordered on the self help screen. I couldn’t cause it wouldn’t take my rewards. So one of the girls took my order. When I got my order the coffee was really sweet so I asked the younger girl if she could add more coffee to it.
