I just came from here .The location in Margate is trash.As soon as I walked into the Dunkin I was not greeted.I asked an employee for assistance and she told me she's off the clock.Then I replied with okay.She responded with attitude.After waiting a few minutes a cashier came to the front counter.She took my order . Scam! I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. I went through the drive-thru after seeing the promotion for medium cold drinks for $3 (clearly advertised outside until November 12). The employee who took my order even confirmed that all medium drinks were included in the promotion. However, when I got to the window to pay, they told me the offer was not available and charged me full price. This feels like false advertising and left me very frustrated. The workers same okay but not enthusiastic. The hazelnut latte was lost and then not very hazelnutty lol.
This is the worse location that I’ve been to. The employees are rude and incompetent.
