Lowest of expectations of any Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, customer service sucks ,they need training and ,some education class on how to handle customer, very rude staff, and place is very dirty
Been coming here for over 10 years. The service gets worse as the years go and the professional and service is one of the worst in the area.
If I could I would have rated them -1000000 star. All employees are bengali and extremely rude to the other Bengalis. Asked for napkin and got refused and were called names !!! She refused to give her name out when asked and called me names again!! The cashier didnot care to get the order and kept gossiping with others. It’s a mess
