I love this Dunkin. Come almost every morning. Fast workers, good customer service.
Horrible Service and RUDE customer service. The worker MALA shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role. Very unprofessional and when asking questions, she began to yell and say she isn’t about to handle the request and can’t handle all the orders as she’s the only one there? Then she shouldn’t be working.
They told that I can’t have my drink with no ice like if I tooth sensitive problem should be able to accommodate for your costumer.
