I visited this Dunkin Donuts on Sunday and again today (July 30th), and both times I experienced very disrespectful service. I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the staff.
I came in today for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and all I got was a bagel with no cream cheese. Don’t play with my food. If I am going 5 dollars for a bagel the least you can do is give me my moneys worth of cream cheese. Please educate your workers on how to properly make a bagel. There is no reason why I should be eating a toasted bagel with nothing inside.
If I could put no star I would. The coffee is never right. The donuts and Muffins are old. I NEVER GET ANYTHING FRESH EVEN when I go at opening. Not going back. The only reason I go there cuz it's close. Guess I have to go out the way. CHECK YOUR COFFEE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! I made the mistake of going back there again today February 15, 2019.
