There's this 1 lady (afternoon/evening shift) who everytime be messing up my order (drink). It gets frustrating to ask them to remake it because they honestly don't want to or still mess it up. So when you do call customer service for refund, Dunkin now no longers offer refunds, but instead says a rep at the store will contact you to resolve the issue. To which they don't so you're left with losing out on your money or having to take a badly made bitter drink.
An indian lady works there and she's really rude. She lashed at me for asking how long the drink will be ready in and mind u it was 7:00 am. She never greets anyone and is cranky all the time.
Ordered some breakfast and coffee from this location, sandwich was ok.. coffee quality was horrible, very bitter. Was not made the way i ordered it.
