Whomever does hiring here needs to reevaluate their staff. Any type of customer service it requires both party’s to listen this is something this Dunkin never seems to do. Constantly messing up the order and the worst part is no ownership that a mistake was made just pointing fingers back and forth. The worst part is the attitude towards the consumer. A five minute coffee order becomes a 20 minute order. Please do better
