Wish i could give zero stars. One of the worst locations to go at stood ten minutes waiting to be served. Said hello to the lady to get her attention by the drive thru understood she was taking someone’s order she continue to ignore me. A man came out from the back to change out the donut racks looked at me picked up the rack and went back in the back. My thing is if your main focus is drive thru orders and not in store then lock the front doors and do that and don’t have customers waiting around like a fool!
I went there today and the guy was so rude and disrespectful. First of all no one was at the front when I walked in and I had to alert whoever that was that I was there by saying hello. When he came to the front he just stood there like I was bothering him. When I tried to order he was yelling at me saying one minute. Who speaks to customers like that?. I will be calling to speak with the manager that is not ok.
They didn’t let me use the bathroom even when i bought food.

I’m regular customer even every day one to sometime four time I’ll come and buy coffee and some stuff i said i want brown sugar syrup they said no even he said i change u that is so rude I’m always coming (Fatema) 😡
