I placed my mobile order 10 minutes before i got there and it still wasn’t ready. i stood there and waited another ten minutes and then the lady working there asked me what i ordered. i tried showing her my phone to show her the mobile order but she said “no don’t show me the phone just tell me” in a very rude tone. i said a pink spritz refresher and she still managed to give me the wrong order but i was fed up so i left. the staff cannot handle the how busy it is as there were multiple other people waiting. i also heard the... read more
This is the worst location i've been to and that's saying a lot cause Dunkin is a horrible business known for terrible employees and service. I drive up to the window. My food is literally sitting right on the table. The window attendant cashier walks around for over 6-7 minutes without reaching for it. I simply drive off and leave with it. They constantly put the donut upside down, making the frosting stick to the bottom. I've stopped going and I'm at a point where I would never go to any of them.
