One of the best I've been too. The guy who waited on me was really nice too.
Very rude customer service. I came in to order my coffee and a bagel but not only was my entire coffee order wrong, the bagels were so stale they tasted like mold. When i told the girl behind the counter that, she said that she cant do anything about it. Only after I spoke to the manager did I get my order redone and yet my bagel was still stale. I m a local guide i m always on the road on call all over Newtown Square area 50 mile radius be careful guys i buy double shot expresso everyday from all dunking donuts in the area the newtown store tried to charge me 4.75 for double expresso that i buy everyday for 2.85 be careful check prices with this store they skyrocket the price i asked for a manager they sad they all workers with no manager how come a store runs without manager.
This Dunkin location in Newtown Square has great staff members that have great customer service skills. The food is made with care. Food orders are provided hot and quick. Keep up the good work ethic Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.
