What happened to the old crew that used to be here?? This place has gone downhill very rapidly i feel.. the service isn't the same, the female manager is very rude and on multiple occasions has made my simple iced coffee wrong. What happened to the previous team that was working here? Did the management changed? I work next door so I come here every morning and this place is not the same anymore. It’s slow, you walk in and have to wait several minutes to get serviced and the product quality decreased.
I came here after a bike ride to grab a café. Wifi does not work/very, veeeeeeeeeeery spotty (every WiFi connection attempt I made said that internet was not available), and cell service simply doesn't exist here... Not sure if they have concrete walls or what, but this not the place you wanna be if you need any type of internet or even cellular connection. This is not what I would describe as a place for free Wi-fi or an "internet Cafe." Hmmmm. This is the third time I have had these issues.
Ever since the one guy at the drive thru window left, this place has been at its worst. The woman at the window is severely distracted. I cannot vouch for other workers but this is a really disorganized dunkin. Just spent half an hour in the drive thru altering ordering my items. I ended up leaving and not waiting any longer since I had to be somewhere. Please do better.
