Just went through the drive thru and realized after ordering I didn’t have my wallet, I drove up to the window and told the two men working that I unfortunately needed to cancel my order. Instead of cancelling it they gave us everything and extra donuts for my kids! Amazing customer service and went above and beyond to be kind. I’ll definitely be going back to pay my “tab” and giving extra tips all around! So thankful for them.
This is the best Dunkin in the area. Also they have plain milk for the kids which I usually don’t find at the other Dunkins.
Review: ★☆☆☆☆ I have never experienced service this rude at any Dunkin’ location. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed irritated, dismissive, and completely uninterested in providing basic courtesy.
