Staff has extremely poor communication skills. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Selection of products was okay

They are the rudest people that work there. They get your order wrong and get mad at you when you correct them and give you attitude. Poor customer service. Horrible place and I do not recommend this one
I stopped here today after refusing to go to this dunkin for the longest time, forgetting just how awful it is. They are extremely rude for no good reason. My drink was undrinkable because of how much of the concentrate they put in versus the oat milk. The donuts I ordered on the app weren't available, which happens, but instead of asking me what id prefer instead they just shoved the bag in my hand and didnt say a word.
