After spending five minutes at the kiosk ordering 3 donuts - you have to go in, select Bakery, then the type of donut, and go back to the main menu to order the next one - and waiting 5 minutes for the 3 people behind the counter to bag the 3 donuts, we discovered 2 were stale. Dunkin’ sucks.
Extremely slow DD for an airport location. Be ready to wait 15 mins minimum for your order.
This location is not “temporarily closed”. It is open. And it was trash. Waiting 25 minutes for two coffees is insanity - especially when people are flying out shortly. People who had already paid, walked out and went to Starbucks. People who came in and ordered ten minutes after us were getting their coffees first. When I brought this up to the manager, he was extremely rude. You are a coffee shop in an airport terminal. Figure it out!
Slow! It’s unbelievable how slow this place is. Left my drip coffee behind because they were so slow
