What a joke, apparently it took all 4 employees to handle a refund while my order just sat on the screen for what seemed like an eternity. I was the only person in the store other than the person being refunded
Bad, stiff bad service
Whats the point of having the app if I can’t use it to redeem my freebies? Even with an employee discount it’s still much higher $ than outside the airport. AM & PM employees aren’t capable of doing their jobs. Wouldn’t recommend spending your time & $ here & any other locations. READ YOUR RECEIPTS THE MATH IS NOT ADDING UP
