Poorly managed, watched them forget to put espresso in our latte. Told us of course there's espresso in it and shooed us away scoffing at us. $10 chocolate milk

Very bad experience. Stay away. On 11.04 I ordered caramel latte. They have not put caramel in and refused to do this unless I pay extra. I then said ok.Refund me the money. I was given the printout that money were refunded. But they have not done this and I now had to file the dispute with credit card. I don't care for $6.00 but this is is fraud and a scam. Every time I order Dark Roast midnight and they always give regular blend. Don’t they know customers can taste the difference. Terrible!
terrible service. the lady who took our order didn’t even hear me when i tried to order my drink. 0/10 would not come again
