I asked if any of the donuts were vegan and the girl looked at me like I was speaking another language. I had to repeat three times and she had no idea. So I asked if she knew what the donuts are made of and she said she didn’t know. I asked if anyone else would know and she said no. WILD. Also $7 for water seems insanely expensive. My coffee at Starbucks was cheaper.
Using the touch screens to order makes this so inefficient, and everything else is disorganized.
So now you must order from a screen that takes much longer than ordering with a person… this is to free the employees to focus on the food prep. So how come the coffee is burnt and tastes terrible? Starbucks is 100 feet away, so is Eli’s.
