I usually really enjoy this Dunkin Donuts, especially when there was a sweet woman who used to work here regularly a few years ago. This time, though on 7/2 at 1pm, my sister ordered a limeade refresher & the sticker said “lemonade” so she asked which base it was made with because the drinks taste different. The employee argued rudely that they were “the same” & my sister politely asked what she meant as those were two different bases listed. Everything Runs smoothly when regular Day manager not around talking to the employees while lines of people waiting to be served.
Stopped by today evening and had a great experience. The employee who helped me was friendly, professional, and made my day with her positive attitude. Great customer service—I’ll definitely be back!
