I made a pickup order,once I got home they messed up both of my orders. They added the chipotle sauce to the wrong order, it's not my fault I showed my wife I made the correct order and showed her from my DD app.
Every time I order the cookie dough frozen coffee, they never put any drizzle or any of the syrup either. It taste like straight up bland coffee.
What's a crappy place, smells like mold when you walk in. We pushed pass the smell and order 1/2 dozen donuts and our specialty coffees. The coffees were ok, the donuts were stale and tasted awful. I would not be going back to this or any Dunkin anytime soon.
I really love Dunkin! My fav drink always Dunkalatte, so good and refreshing. Also my to-go food is always cream cheese bagel. So tasty and fresh. Staff is very nice, always smiling and friendly. I go there many times and always good experience. But I just want to say one thing small — many time they don’t have Everything Bagel. I go specially for that, but it’s out of stock.
