I am completely disgusted by this dunkin absolutely ridiculous. I ordered coffee for my dad mind you he has serious problems taking caffeinated coffee so i ordered decaf. This lady with the name NAZWA i believe she put regular and just added water. I understand if there is rush at store or anything but it was completely slow, i saw with my own eyes that she poured regular with hot water i told her that not to do that, she denied and said it was decaf and that im overreacting. HORRIBLE.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DESERVES 0 stars HORRIBLE SERVICE NO AC RUDE!!
This is the first time i’ve tried dunkin’ donuts wanted to see why everyone likes it. Mind you I just recently came from England so we don’t have this chain store there. The morning staff ladies were so awful and rude and was screaming at me I was new to it but A little kindness does not hurt i think one of the ladies name was najwa? she did not give me right order and was very rude about it.
