No pubic restroom. There are 7 tables with a mix of high and low tables.
First drink came in dirty. Requested the second one and still came in dirty. And this is not the first time this has happened. They do not speak or understand English. Worst Dunkin service ever.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The cashiers were helping other customers but completely ignored me and my family. I had no choice but to use the self-service kiosk. I entered my name, and it was printed on the receipt, but they never called it, even though they were calling everyone else’s orders. This place doesn't allow customers to use the bathroom. But they buzz in their friends.
Worst Dunkin location ever. Ordered on the Dunkin app and They took my money but order was never processed… never got my order and they were very rude and dismissive and thought this was a joke when I lost $20 and never got the money back and customer service wasn’t even better…
