Im pretty sure you would make more money if you had a cashier. You have 2 ordering machines and you are expecting your customers to train themselves use them and there is a lady having a lot of trouble. . I have been in line several minutes trying to get a cup of coffee.
They don’t accept their own app as payment here. Just close this location.
The employee was extremely rude. If you don’t know how to treat people then you shouldn’t be working in customer service.
