Love this shop. Never disappoints with coffee and snacks. Love their latte with caramel.
Very inefficient. I get wanting to streamline cash and card customers but completely refusing to even out the lines when one is clearly overwhelmed seems so inefficient and it’s frustrating for everyone in line. Not to mention, there’s no sign that the register ONLY accepts cash so if you’re already in line, you’re turned away. Awful. actually terrible, would give zero stars if possible. employees are rude and unwilling to explain how to actually order.
Worst service and food preparation too
The rudeness of the staff was outstanding. If you don’t like your job, go do something else. They won’t actually take your order and send you to the kiosk but the kiosk does not include everything they sell. I wanted avocado toast with bacon but there is no way to add it on the kiosk. So I stop at the counter and say I wanted bacon and couldn’t not add it. After an awkward silence, the woman says well it’s an up charge.
