The service was very poor — the staff were unhelpful and showed a lack of courtesy and professionalism. This left a very bad impression. Bad customer service. Both the women on the morning shift had a very unwelcoming tone and attitude.
It’s 6:46 am in the morning barely any customers at terminal 8 at JFK airport and the two older ladies working behind the counter treats customers as if she is doing a favor on them. No badges, no dress code, hair uncovered. Customer service is beyond horrible!
