Food and drinks came out quick and and were made well.
Ultra slow drive through , and they ALWAYS get our order wrong. Large ice coffee, lite, 2 sweet and lows, came black, 5 sugars, 2 sweet and lows.
This morning, I had a disappointing experience. They need to do better with training starting with the mgr. Today, I told the clerk I wanted to used my points and at the end she charged the bill to acct (I’d just added funds so it was that screen). The right thing would have been to perhaps advise “you are on the wrong screen” for points or “Did you pick your rewards already”.
