Food was good service was okay. I had an Indian lady with glasses take my order and she messed up and ringed me up for an overcharged discontinued Latte. I also asked for 2 coffees and only was rung up for 1. Although the service from the lady was annoying, I am giving 3 stars because of the other employee working there. I could tell he was a kid but he showed excellent customer service and fixed the problem. He asked me what my order was and remade it. He was very nice. i love this place because they make my coffee the way i like it everytime! i pass about 5+ dunkin’s on the way here from my house, yet i always find my way here! the asian guy with the black framed glasses who works here on the weekends is an amazing worker. never any attitude or anything! he’s amazing. the indian woman with the glasses that’s here on the weekdays is also, just as sweet! the way they make my drink is so amazing, sometimes i order two. thank you all so much
This is the 3 times I’ve come here and my drink isn’t at least filled atp I might we well just order a small. I miss the old staff that was here before. Why do I order a medium to basically just get a small I spend too much money here to get this. All I ask is to fill it the way it’s supposed to be done.

Don't have an issue with food but the customer service is sub par. Walked in with intention to pay cash. Was given a reason the register was slow. It seemed the guy didnt want to put any effort in this morning. So I chose to leave, plenty of other dunkins with better service around
