They pad their ticket times by marking an order ready before it actually is. My order was ready for 10 minutes according to the board, but wasn't actually ready.
This is actually the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Prince William County…

Edited March 9. We've now been here 3 times. Since our previous online order and the drive through order were both wrong, we decided to go inside instead. While the store was very clean, the staff was polite, and our order came out quickly...our order was still wrong. :-( We've been to this location twice. First time was a pick-up using the Mobile app. The coffee was cold, the donut order was not correct, the breakfast sandwiches slapped together and cold, the staff was incredibly rude. The donuts at dunkin are smaller and smaller every time I go. When we stopped there a week ago, they were cleaning the machine they use to make cappuccinos, which meant I didn't get what I wanted. Seems like something they should do after closing, but whatever. I prefer more fresh donuts, but dunkin' is closest to us, so we end up there most of the time.
