I went there 03/01/26 around 8:20 and had an iced latte with almond milk and a blueberry donut. I had nothing else for the day… 4 hours later I was in the hospital. This location gave me food poisoning. I’ve never had food poisoning ever in my life. I don’t know what food safety protocols they follow but they clearly need a refresher.
Extremely unprofessional service at the drive-thru this afternoon around 1pm I couldn’t hear the speaker clearly, and instead of being patient or helpful, the employee responded with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I am a regular customer, but I will not return to this location as long as this employee continues to work there. Management should seriously address this behavior. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Terrible service, they don't know how to make the products.
