I love love love Dunkin! I'd go there every day if my body allowed it. My issue is that they're either closed way early, or they don't have any idea about things. Sometimes I don't get what I ordered and get something completely different. There are also some people working there with good customer service so I can't forget about them!
First couple of times it was good, but expensive. Then I went there again today and it wasn't good, my coffee and my husband's coffee didn't even the large cup it was only half way full & I didn't notice it at first because of all the foam. By the time I got home almost all the foam was gone & only half of our cups had coffee. Disappointed & probably will find another place to get donuts & coffee.
The customer service is usually very nice, food pretty accurate i always use app n have gotten wrong dougnut twice but wasnt to worried they were still good. Sandwiches always good sometimes a bit overdone but still good.but the coffee my god i dont know what goes wrong but of the 3 i have tried they all tasted burnt, as if the left it on for wayyyy to long and instead of discarding it they mixed it with good coffee to mask it.
