We waited 10 minutes by the register with 2 other customers and nobody even acknowledged issue. But all the drive thru customers got served. Are you in business or not? 2 of us walked out.
Cold coffee at 8:30am. Missing food from order. Long line for a mobile order. Food tastes like it’s been sitting around a long time the 3 hashbrowns I got were soggy and grey looking. I can't understand how a donut place can be out of powdered munchkin donuts and powdered regular donuts by 9 a.m, it seems every morning. They say they only bring a certain amount, well hello increase the amount of the ones that sell out, and decrease the ones you don't. This is the only dunkins I ever have this problem with. I find it odd.
Slow and not very friendly!
Had a rather large order, received it promptly from friendly staff!
