Savannah had a great customer service, she was very sweet and made my experience a good one by offering candy and free stick on tattoos after Halloween 👍
It's a clean atmosphere, but they have the AC so cold. I think it's to keep people from sitting down. Inside Not comfortable at all.
My only problem is EVERY time I ask for light ice or easy ice for my espresso, and even say please, it's still packed with ice.I know it's not the people that take the order, it's the person that actually makes it. They (she) need to READ the entire request of the customer and not disregard what they don't want to do. Or either they can't read smh.
