The manager, Dav, is likely expecting that I would post this review on Google. I will also submit a formal complaint to Dunkin’ corporate regarding this incident. This experience was not upsetting because an item was out of stock — it was upsetting because of how the manager chose to treat me as a customer. They knew this review was coming. I went here regularly because its near my house, but the guy there must be shift leader ruined the store and lose many customers due to his attitude. I know they probably don’t care for these reviews but still want others to get warnings if you want to stop by Please drive little further to Easton Rd or Abington for better service, unless you want to pay for bad food and service then you can come here.
best coffee in town
Went to pick up munchkins and a breakfast sandwich around 5:15 AM. Google and the store itself states they open at 5 AM. Went through the drive thru and was told they ONLY had coffee to serve. What is the point of being open if you are only serving coffee and not ***DONUTS*** at DUNKIN DONUTS!!! To add, customer service was less than stellar.
