This review is for my fellow food delivery workers. I was at this Horsham Road location today, (10/05/2024) at 4 p.m. to pick up a customer's Doordash order. There was one employee. I walked up to the counter, said "Hi, I'm here to pick up a Doordash order for"... That's all I got to say before he cut me off and yelled "Just a sec!" with an angry, unwelcoming look on his face and cold glare. Tipping is getting out of control!! Used my credit card via the drive-through… they still want you to touch the keypad to give them a tip. 🙄
Two girls on shift, June 8th, very rude and took a while to make basic drinks. Will probably never come here again, would rather make the trip to a better Dunkin with staff who have decency and treat their customers like a human and not a rat. Until this Dunkin has better staff, I’m going to a different one, even if gas is $10 a gallon and the other Dunkin is 30 miles away. The staff for any store are arguably more important than the food, just a horrible experience.
