Updating my review - I ordered a hot matcha latte and a sandwich online. When I picked my order up, there was an iced matcha latte ready for me...when my receipt and the label on the cup said "hot matcha latte". That's okay, mistakes happen, but when I told the older lady making drinks that my order was wrong, she basically said "oops I didn't actually read the order haha" and remade my drink thankfully. Reading the order is part of your job...
Everytime I go and get coffee it taste like they use the same coffee grounds. Water down and nasty. Get the right people in there that know what they are doing or who aren't lazy
Waited almost 2 hours for our food just to be told the employee was working on it, and then he proceeded to make other people’s orders who had just gotten there. Never coming back to this location again. 0/10.
