Went in to this dunkin at 830 pm to get my daughter a bagel a short woman with a nose ring couldn't see her name name tah was on the side of her hat told me the kitchen was closed store closes at 9. It was a bagel for my daughter after a difficult situations she wouldn't turn the oven on gave me a hard time then walked away from the counter and wouldn't let me order. Horrible customer service would have gave no stars but you cant
It's sad that the shop actually has glazed chocolate sticks, but you can't buy them. Every single time I have tried to order one, I get a donut instead.
This is not a good Dunkin. More bad experiences than worth it.
I'm fully convinced they only hire idiots who's cant read, listen or do anything correctly. they cant make coffee right, they cant make the food right, they never have donuts lol I'm confused
