I was there earlier to grab a cup of coffee. But they kept me waiting at drive way for about 7/8 minutes, as there was a car before me. When my turn came I had to wait 8/9 minutes and finally took the order, saying to pull forward at 1st window. Once reaching there, I had to wait another 6/7 minutes . Altogether I waited for almost 26 minutes to get a cup of coffee which was ridiculous in my entire life having a cup of coffee.
Insane wait times. Workers are not serious and take their sweet time and are insanely rude. As someone who lives down the road from this dunkin donuts (less than 1 minute), I can drive 15 minutes out of my way and come back and my wife would STILL be in line at that same one. Furthermore, the traffic in that corner caused by the inefficiency of this dunkin donuts is something the residents of the area need to petition the city about. I always love their bagels and muffins, as well as the donuts. Boston creams have been a favorite since I was a little girl.
I can’t believe they «don’t have» raspberries croissant in the morning for the month of December, and that happen many times
