I come here almost every day and everything is always consistent and the staff is super friendly!
I’ve been really disappointed with this location lately. Yesterday, I ordered and paid for a medium coffee but received a small. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t seem to care much. This kind of mistake happens almost every time I visit. On Saturday morning, I ordered a hot coffee but got an iced coffee instead. I also always ask for almond milk, but most of the time they give me regular milk, which is very frustrating. Pretty unfriendly and rude service. The staff act like you're bothering them by existing. Each breath and insult.
