Normally I'm pretty chill, but this pissed me off. I ordered a bagel and an iced matcha. The Bagel was completely burnt like black. I don't know who would put that in a bag and give it to someone. And the matcha they blended with ice for some reason, so there's tiny chunks of ice constantly clogging up the straw.
