I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this location keeps coming up with strange excuses. I honestly don’t know if it’s really an issue with the machines or simply that the staff doesn’t feel like making certain drinks. For example, this morning they refused to make me a hot matcha, claiming that their milk steamer was broken. Situations like this happen here quite often, and it’s frustrating as a customer. I expect consistency and honesty, not constant explanations that change every time.

my go-to dunkin location!! they always get my order right and service is always fast & friendly. Kelsey is absolutely the best!! i come here a lot and she is always so happy, she recognizes me and always greets me! she is simply the best!🧡💗

I stopped by this Dunkin’ this morning to grab a bagel before work, and unfortunately my order was messed up. I was already halfway to work so I couldn’t turn around, but I decided to call the store—and I’m so glad I did. Haley answered the phone and gave me excellent customer service. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but the manager at this location is consistently rude and unprofessional. I made a complaint about my sandwich, and instead of helping, she instantly caught an attitude. I gave them another chance the next day, but they made my order wrong again. When I pulled up, the manager looked me in my eyes and started talking negatively to her workers. The employees themselves are always sweet and respectful — the issue is the manager.
