I love this Dunkin! I leave my house early every night just so I get to see my favorite employee Justin. Nicest person. Always polite. Such a hard worker. He does the job of 3 people and just keeps going! He is a rare breed these days. Not too many people care about their job anymore but he does. It’s so nice to see.
I honestly never go out of my way to write reviews but I truly think this is the best dunkin in hickory hills. I can’t speak about the morning staff but the afternoon employee Justin is always friendly! Justin always makes my drinks quickly and correctly regardless of what I ask for. Definitely an asset to the team and they’re lucky to have him.
I love this location my favorite out of the area. Especially Justin, I come here after work weekly and Justin is always such a nice guy never disappoints.
Very disrespectful worst customer service. We drove off after the disrespect and rudeness from the employee I would not recommend anyone to go, their drinks are also horrible aside from the disrespect and bad customer service.
this specifc dunkin was extremely disrespectful. i was simply trying to order and the employee was being very rude from the start for no reason at all. we ended up leaving because he kept cutting us off very disrespectfully.
