Main issue coffee has an expired smell something was not fresh cream or syrup also Asked for caramel syrup did not have any it was just cream and sugar had no cold foam and asked for less ice got it with 3/4 cup of ice
Honestly, this was a bad experience. The employee (blue eyes, blond hair, wearing a cap) had an attitude, was raising his voice, and told us to go to the drive-thru like we did something wrong. Not cool at all. You gotta treat customers with respect
I went with three of my cousins and a worker named I believe, Justin gave some of the best customer service I’ve seen in my whole life. He was the only one working while dealing with impatient customers and loads of orders but he kept everything professional and respectful. He apologized multiple times for things that weren’t in his control at all and even when he had lots of other customers he still gladly remade my drink for me when I forgot to ask for a certain cold foam.
