They got the coffee wrong! It's Dunkin, for Pete's sake. That should be the last thing I need to worry about.
Repeated issues with missing items on online/pickup orders at this location. Today, multiple items were left out again. When I walked back inside to have it corrected, the staff refused to give me everything I paid for (offered only 2 of my 4 missing hash browns) because a manager wasn’t present. Refusing to fulfill a paid order due to internal staffing issues is completely unacceptable. Returned the entire order. Double-check your bags before leaving if you go here.
