This Dunkin constantly disappoints me. My coffees tend to always taste bad to the point where I can’t finish them, and after ordering food recently, my order was completely incorrect. Donuts were melted and soggy. Sandwich was wrong entirely. I usually stop by because it’s the closest one to work, but at this point it’s probably worth it to go to a different location.
Please give Joana a raise. I came in, busy moment and she was so pleasant and not once complained. She was all by her self during a busy time. Please either have another staff or pay her more than you are paying her.
Worst dunking I’ve ever been to! It’s 82 degrees in here and they don’t have a useable bathroom either; service is soooooo slow so expect to wait at least 10 minutes for a drink!!!!
