Review updated! A new franchisee must have taken over, the entire staff has changed over. This is now a quality Dunkin' location. Hopefully that lady I mention who was there alone 40+ hours a week has found employment in anything but the service industry. This Dunkin' excuse me, employs the most incompetent person in the history of the service industry. I am not exaggerating, and they appear to be there all alone, full time, 40+ hours a week. Stay away, until this situation is rectified.
These people are rude and need a crash course in customer service. My teenage son walked up there to get breakfast. He walks up to the window, where I’ve seen others pick up before. They ask if he has a mobile order, he says no and they close the window and walk away. This was crazy to do that to a paying customer and a kid at that! If he had to have a mobile order it could’ve been explained, this was poor service. Treat people better.
The cashier was very helpful and understood my order and was very understanding about other drinks I was asking about!!!!!!
They haven’t accepted Amex in over two months so you can’t benefit from the rewards here.
