This Dunkin' excuse me, employs the most incompetent person in the history of the service industry. I am not exaggerating, and they appear to be there all alone, full time, 40+ hours a week. Stay away, until this situation is rectified.

Definitely one of the better Dunkin' Donuts.
So unprofessional. I called on 12/14/25 @ 430pm. A female answered the phone and said "hello". I was confused because I thought maybe I had called someone's house. I asked where I had called and she sarcastically said "I don't know". I told her I was trying to reach dunking donuts and she said "this is dunking donuts. I told her I was confused because typically establishments train employees to answer the phone by announcing the company name. Absolutely disgusting how much syrup they pump into these drinks. I got a matcha with vanilla and the whole drink tasted like straight vanilla syrup. Not to mention it took over 15 minutes between ordering and getting the order. It’s gross and the service is terrible won’t come again
