4 types of tax for a drink that wasn’t even good is crazy😕. Every time I pay for extra syrup it doesn’t taste like any was put in, just watered down coffee.
My granddaughter wanted chocolate frosted donuts, so I door dashed and when delivered we received donuts with sprinkles!!!! She specifically told me she didn’t want sprinkles!!! So…. I called the store and complained why I was given sprinkles whereas my door dashed order didn’t say with sprinkles. Manager said what was in their system says sprinkles! *update: been coming here for over a year and lately (summer 2025) the coffees have been off. Today I got an iced coffee, ordered in drive up not mobile order, and it is so bitter it’s not drinkable. I even added more cream to it at home and it’s bitter and already irritating my stomach. I’m not sure if they brewed it too strong or if it’s an old batch or expired milk.
