Update 10/2025 to my post below. Clearly another change in management. Now were back to horrible service and very long wait times. WHAT HAPPENED DUNKIN ! Clearly the staff has changed here. The girls here are awesome now. I'm here every morning and it's fast, order is always correct and they are friendly. Keep your current staff Dunkin there great.
Went thru drive thru at 4pm. Asked for an ice coffee. They responded with they don’t have any they need to brew it then cool it down. Then said it’s done but needs to cool down (don’t you just pour it on ice??) then I asked for a dozen chocolate donuts with sprinkles. He said we don’t have any. I said okay let me just get a dozen chocolate. He said we don’t have any of those either. I said so you don’t have coffee or donuts here? He said well sir it’s 4 o’clock. Worst dunkin experience I've ever had, why do you have someone with such an attitude on the mic taking orders. Literally made me feel like im a problem by asking questions. Won't be coming back to this one again.
