This location misplaced (not filled) my online order for Wednesday at 7:10am for three weeks in a row. Staff was not helpful. I showed them my online receipt for each of the three Wednesdays.
Matthew & Miguel were very helpful. I had to watch them handle an upset customer and thought they did it quite well. I was even getting upset and didn't know what to say to the woman. I was quite speechless ... A battle over a mocha.. There was nothing wrong that the employees did and I learned a lot about how to keep my cool today... They did a good job & are doing the best they can. ...So kudos to them Oh and my pumpkin drink is good thanks
Very nice and friendly service
Absolutely terrible store is very messy service was poor I asked for an extra cap and cup which the worker said they were 55¢ each I would never pay that I will never come here again.
