extremely unprofessional and uneducated staff. asked if my points could be used for an order and the cashier said “yes that’s totally fine”, scanned the code, took my points then proceeded to tell me they do not work with my order and i now have to pay full price. nearly $60 worth of points just gone for nothing. unbelievable.
Very friendly staff that serves typical, great Dunkin favorites like coffee and donuts.
I went in with my boyfriend to order an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso, and in the middle of my order the barista walked away and started talking to her coworker for quite a few minutes. She came back with an iced latte and asked if that was it, but she walked away before I could add the extra shot of espresso and my boyfriend didn’t even get to get to order yet. Imagine working 3rd shift, walking into the store...Seeing 2 depressed employees looking at you walking in & ask for an iced coffee with an extra espresso shot & they tell you "sorry we are out" at a coffee shop I'll just make me some free coffee at my job & add some free ice,thank you for nothing DD
