Imagine working 3rd shift, walking into the store...Seeing 2 depressed employees looking at you walking in & ask for an iced coffee with an extra espresso shot & they tell you "sorry we are out" at a coffee shop I'll just make me some free coffee at my job & add some free ice,thank you for nothing DD

I just now ordered an avocado toast with bacon. I can count the pieces of bacon with one hand and have fingers left to count. Unbelievable!! My husband ordered a braided apple pie. Just one little piece of apple. First Dunkin Donuts that does this to us. Also, the woman making the food is very rude, too! (The one with her teeth sticking out, glasses, and black her). From the moment I walked in, she was polite, welcoming, and had such a positive energy that instantly brightened my day. Her attention to detail and genuine customer care made all the difference.
