I ordered ice americano but it was lightest americano ever i drink.
Customer service is horrible
This is the 2ND time in a week that I have gone and they tell me they are out of donuts!
They've gotten much better than they were about half a year ago when I wrote a previous review giving them one star. The staff seems to have improved when it comes to quality of service and order speed. My only issue now is just that everytime I have ordered I am never given a napkin even when I ask for one. Otherwise its been great
