: I recently visited Dunkin’ with my friends and tried a few drinks that I usually enjoy from another place. Unfortunately, we were all disappointed. The Sabrina Carpenter refresher was extremely watery and lacked flavor, almost tasting like plain water with a hint of sourness. My friend’s mango pineapple refresher with lemonade also felt watered down and lacked the vibrant flavor we expected. These people are the worst with costumers! I got here before work extra early. I was standing to ask for my order. Every worker including manager saw me. They ignored my presence… when they took my order they forgot and made me wait even longer till I told the manager where was my coffee? He had to brew my coffee aswell! So that made me even more late costumer service sucks at this location!!!
