They were nice and welcoming when I ordered. The gentleman at the window was nice and talkative. But that turned real quick when he seen how much the tip was. He started complaining to the other worker about it. If thats the case I wish I could cancel the tip. If this is going to be the way it is I will take my business to a different establishment.

The only reason its not 5 stars is because the staff is overworked and not enough people to keep up. They are still kind, helpful, knowledgeable about everything on their menu and keep the store immaculate. I've sat in there waiting on deliveries and watch them scramble, working their hardest, not give up, but the orders keep coming so fast. They need more employees to help them, and not get burt out. You have a great crew there, but they are very overworked in the mornings.
Absolutely terrible when a coffee shop can't make the coffee right. My coffee tasted like milky water with no sweetener. I ordered it with french vanilla AND sugar. I didn't taste any of that. Ordered my sandwich with cheddar instead of american cheese.... still got american. I'm tired of ordering drinks/food just to throw it away.
