Awful service, make me wait a lot. And we was the only customers at that time.... No professional at all, all of them. I make an order of $33.96 and I want to pay with a $50.00 he just has to give me back $16.04 and he said we don't accept $50.00 So, I don't know if he know math, but what about if I only order a coffee with a $20.00? the change is almost the same.... Do not order online. You’ll stand there waiting until they decide it’s time to hand you your bag of food that’s been sitting out for 10 minutes. Showed up and got my coffee. There was a bag of food behind the counter (no idea it was mine or I would’ve asked for it) after 10 minutes they picked it up and called out the name. Don’t know how you prepare a bag of food and don’t put it in the “ready” area. There was a lot going on the day that we went. They were getting a facelift. They were low on donuts. My two year-old had won a prize for going to the bathroom consistently. She wanted one with sparkles, but they were out. Pegasus put a smile on all of our faces. He was so kind and funny. We really appreciated his upbeat attitude even though they didn’t have sprinkle donuts in stock. He still made my daughter’s Day. Thank you, Pegasus and thank you, Dunkin’ Donuts.
We live right by this location, and go there very often. Everyone is always super nice and our order is always correct! They’re good people who are just vibing and doing their job well! T
