Horrible customer service.
The person at the drive thru this morning was extremely RUDE and I don't appreciate it! I go there every week day morning but it looks like I'll be going elsewhere. If you're having that bad of a day, STAY HOME!!
Terrible experience. I ordered online and when I got to the window the guy in a very rude way told me they didn’t had any of the donuts that I ordered online. The guy even started making fun of me with his coworkers because I ordered stuff they were supposed to have but didn’t. Other customers were mad too because of the terrible service.
Guy at the front had an attitude. When I said it’s for my family he tried to be a health advisor against the company telling me Dunkin isn’t the best option for breakfast. He seemed annoyed that he had to work and was taking it out on the customers. Will not be coming back. It was a white dude with a mustache working at the front.
Insanely rude and I couldn't believe the experience that I had. I came to pick up a delivery order and the person supposedly in charge of delivery looked over at me, asked who I had, I told them, and she just says okay and turns back around and stays deep in conversation with some other lady. Neither of them were working. This happened around 9:30 a.m. 3/18/25 if you want to look at the cameras.
