DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Last week I walked in to order an iced latte. While I was waiting for my order after paying, I witnessed the woman behind the counter scooping my latte out of a bucket. A BUCKET. ON THE FLOOR. It was a bucket of (I'm assuming) espresso mixed with milk. She didn't even have any gloves on and her hand fully went into the bucket. Burnt my order and it was wrong.
Ordered a toasted bagel, was told it was crispy....turns out it was inedible. 2 others were there returning what they had ordered already while I was waiting. Will just go to another Dunkin a bit further down the road from now on
Don't go here. Terrible food and service was very unprofessional and courteous.
