The people here are really the best! Zaynab really stands out because she is so polite and makes sure you get exactly what you ordered. It’s nice to come to a Dunkin and get respectful and quick service without mistakes
i always give this dunkin the benefit of doubt and try coming again, but i’m constantly missing pieces in my orders. it’s just extremely frustrating when i’ve tried ordering here multiple times thinking it’s just a bad day when it’s all bad days
Terrible service. My coffee was cold, and they refused to honor the coupon they mailed out to customers. They claimed it had already been used, which isn’t true, if it had been, they would’ve taken it after it was redeemed. The staff seemed very unorganized.
New location on Springdale/Carnegie. Same kind staff. Good coffee and donuts
Gone here a couple times and gotten the standard "we don't really care" attitude and that is what it as, I got my order and things were usually correct. Today I was charged for multiple drinks when I had only ordered my regular, I asked about this immediately as I was handed the recipiet (less than a minute after they ran my card) and was told "I can't do anything to fix that and neither can the manager". Worst part is they didn't even give me the drinks they charged for, just said "Come back another time and I'll fix it"...... read more
