Very bad customer service.
Gotta have Dunkin
Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Me and my boyfriend mobile ordered and got our drinks, they were both made wrong with no flavoring added and no sugar, just black coffee with milk. My boyfriend asked them to remake both drinks, they remade mine but refused to remake his so he asked for a refund instead which they then denied and claimed that he “always asks for refunds on drinks made perfectly fine” we have been to this location literally 2 other times and he got a refund ONE time, a year ago because they bla... read more
Found the 1 Dunkin that doesn’t throw out their food… and they serve it the next day. My wife asked for plain black coffee with pumpkin flavor. I guess somwhere in that order they heard 3 creme and sugar. Food was absolutely terrible like it’s been sitting out for a few days. Plus the gas price is bumped up when down the road it’s been 15 cents cheaper per gallon
