Would rate zero if I could
The online order I placed last night was supposed to be ready by 8:00AM today but still not ready after 8:15AM. The quality of the donuts was a disgrace. (found out only after opening the box at home) Will stay away from them in the future.
Went in to pick up an order and it wasn't complete. I ordered a dozen donuts and 2 additional ones, and the additional donuts were missing. They said they would grab them right away. 2 girls were grabbing donuts and one of them gave me a bag with my order sticker on it so I assumed they were correct. I get to the office and neither donut was what I ordered. I tried to call them to get it fixed but their phone line said they were not available and went to voicemail?! What the heck? I wish I could give a negative rating for the service. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, and the overall experience was very disappointing. My bagel was prepared terribly—it wasn't toasted even though we specifically requested it, and the cream cheese wasn't spread properly. They also got our coffee order wrong multiple times. On top of that, the donut was completely squished. Based on this experience, it seems like this location has serious issues with training and customer service.
