I have been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for years and have always received great service—until this morning. I placed my usual weekly order and requested a toasted butter croissant. When I was handed the croissant, it had no butter on it. Shortly after, the employee at the window returned and asked, in a rude tone, what else I was waiting for. Avoid the drive-thru at all costs! My brother went through and couldn’t even order for the both of us before being cut off and told to pull forward. Their customer service needs some serious work like other reviews have mentioned. Only come through if you’re a psychic that knows what they have in stock and can order at the speed of light.
