I wish I could give a negative rating for the service. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, and the overall experience was very disappointing. My bagel was prepared terribly—it wasn't toasted even though we specifically requested it, and the cream cheese wasn't spread properly. They also got our coffee order wrong multiple times. I ordered coffee and egg and cheese and croissant. They gave me egg and cheese with sausage when they handed the coffee to me The lid was not put correctly And the whole hot coffee spilled on me. When I went back inside and asked Them for a replacement sandwich with just egg and cheese. They didn’t even toast it and gave me pathic.
I ended up here because Sophia’s restaurant was closed. I wish I had read the reviews before I ate here. This person behind the counter said that the fresh brewed iced tea was about a day old and it was refrigerated. When I started to drink it, I could taste the old, bitter rotten taste that comes from bad tea. The donuts weren’t fresh either. I just hope that the sandwiches I eat will be OK.
