Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. I waited in the drive-thru lane for over five minutes expecting to place an order, but received zero response. I pulled around to the window, but the employees inside deliberately ignored me. To fail at both the speaker and the window shows a complete disregard for customers. I will not be returning until management takes real disciplinary action with this staff.
The people who work here are the sweetest! They always start my day off with a smile! They even donated some items for my classroom when they heard I was a teacher! 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
Fui a comprar y ya tenían cerrado antes de su horario de cierre, en 3 ocasiones he venido a comprar y ha pasado lo mismo, no respetan los horarios.
I’ve given this Dunkin’ several chances, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order hot coffee, it’s only lukewarm instead of actually hot. This has happened at least three or four times now. Today was the last straw. I went back inside and politely asked if they could make my coffee hot, but the staff seemed annoyed and cranky rather than apologetic or willing to help. Whenever i used to come Victor used to be in charge, The new manager arrived and i have experienced awful treatment by her. She screams at the workers, was extremely disrespectful towards me. She had messed up my order and made me pay for someone else’s order which was more money. SHE RUINED THIS DUNKIN FOR ME I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!!!!
