I went with an easy order , and I could tell the girl taking my order was confused for some reason. I get to the window and she hands me the wrong thing and I let her know nicely and she met me with an attitude, her lack of understanding should not have been my fault. I kept explaining to her what was wrong with it, and she kept insisting I was wrong. The workers behind her all started chuckling and side eying us. I found it disrespectful. Wish I would’ve actually looked at the bagel before I took a bite , nasty hard and why so discolored doesn’t even taste fully baked.
