I ordered the raspberry lemonade and it tasted like dog water, not even a hint of lime or raspberry. Whoever made that must be blind.
The slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Don’t even bother going through the drive through. Staff doesn’t care and drive through can take 30 minutes
Couldn’t even get my order because the worker told me I had to go through the drive thru because I accidentally put it for the drive thru on the app and the drive thru was wrapped around the building and my son had a doctors appointment therefore I couldn’t wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. She told me that I had to go through the drive thru even though my order was ready and all she had to do was grab it.
Stood at the pos for around 10 minutes while online orders were filled.(only people in dining room). We walked out. Note to managers, take care of the people in your store before filling call in and door dash orders.
Nothing better to go get breakfast and having cigarettes ruin your appetite. Employee was smoking by the front door and then when he was done, came inside and put gloves on and start handling food. I appreciate the gloves but washing hands especially after smoking is a must when you walk into a kitchen of any kind. Also they don’t receive glazed donut holes every day. Most commonly ordered… makes sense.
