I often stop by this Dunkin’ for coffee in the morning, but I recently had a disappointing experience. The employee with pink hair added a hash brown to my order without asking, and I did not order it. When I noticed the extra charge on my receipt and asked about it, she responded with an attitude and seemed unwilling to explain what happened.
