Stale donuts in the morning and they don’t know how to make a macchiato. Twice I have gotten a latte. I order a macchiato because it has more of the espresso taste but it always tastes more like milk. The man that makes the drinks will give you a dirty look for pointing out to the cashier that the drink is wrong. I haven’t had any issues with the window ladies, they’re always pretty kind and quick. It’s whoever is making the drinks that sucks.
