Horrible people and horrible service, stale munchkins saying about it’s Sunday they aren’t making donuts , bought a drink and was given the wrong drink , ask to fix my drink, the guy literally pour some out and add something else in it right in front of me. I am never going back to this Duncan donut franchise ever again

The bagels are ALWAYS stale. I try every couple of months to see if they improve and right now I’m chewing my toasted bagels for minutes. There is no way they’re not selling expired bagels. I’m done with this. Place. Gas station bagels are way better than this. Trust me, if you want a bagel, go to another DD.
